We spent 3 days at Sierra Nevada Journeys for our Wellness Retreat learning team building, mental health awareness workshops, archery and paddle boat activities. We had the opportunity to take young people from Los Angeles, Compton and Long Beach on a 3 day wellness trip. We learned archery, team building, wellness and coping strategies.
